  • Provide high-quality, up-to-date, and relevant information about neurodivergence and services provided in Enfield to parents, carers, and professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team and other Team Leaders to ensure timely treatment by motivated staff, promoting safety and success for children and young people.
  • Build strong community connections, optimize resources to meet patient needs, and adhere to commissioning priorities from the Integrated Care Board and stakeholders.
  • Oversee referral, assessment, and patient allocation processes, working with senior managers, clinical leads, and team members to meet performance targets and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Offer clinical assessment and intervention as required, reporting to the Service Lead and Head of Service.
  • Monitor clinical recording systems (Rio) to manage patient flow, assessment bookings, outcomes, and waiting times.
  • Lead weekly huddles, team meetings, and participate in relevant meetings to ensure patient flow is managed and escalated when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to the Standard Operational Policy, addressing pathway pressures appropriately.
