Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our innovative HealthTech SaaS company based in Altrincham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the sales process of our software platform to healthcare businesses across the UK, while collating data for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and develop a sales team to drive business growth
- Analyse costs and sales data to inform sales strategies
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Proven sales leadership experience in a SAAS business
- Strong coaching and development skills to lead a sales team
- Ability to analyse data and develop sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in setting up a sales department from scratch
