Business Intelligence Analyst Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in producing and distributing business-critical reports across various business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Analysis: Distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to all business areas, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes used to present Management Information and suggest improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Data Management: Ensure data captured from external businesses is accurately represented within the central data warehouse.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Analyze data received from disparate sources on an ad hoc basis to provide business areas with fixes to issues they have encountered.
  • Reporting Turnaround: Quickly turn around data requests from business departments to aid in sales and customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in an online travel setting.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to summarize and present complex data in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technology Adoption: Enthusiasm about using new technologies and tools to interpret data.
  • Work Standards: Capable of producing high standards of work to tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-Motivation: Pro-active, delivery-driven, and highly self-motivated.
