\tTo ensure that our customers are paying the correct revenue for the products being sent through the DX Freight network in line with the customer contractual obligations, while supporting the growth of revenue in line with those contractual obligations.

\tKey Responsibilities:
\t
\t1. Conduct thorough checks on suspect freight to ensure accurate weighing and cubing.
\t2. Research customer bases to identify reasons for incorrect declarations.
\t3. Collaborate with Depot Sales Managers to resolve charging exemptions and update products with correct rates and weights.
\t4. Partner with Sales teams to educate customers on their duty of care to our workers and promote accurate weight declarations.
\t5. Work with GM/OM/Shift Managers to ensure teams are scanning products to gain additional revenue in line with contractual agreements.
\t6. Identify new customers and opportunities to raise revenue through proactive scanning and checking.
\t7. Conduct spot checks on customers' freight based on trends of incorrect declaration.
\t8. Maintain and utilize 'checking' equipment and technology to ensure accurate revenue collection.
\t9. Escalate concerns to Depot Management teams as necessary.
