About the Role

You will join an experienced team of mortgage and protection specialists at Aimee Willow Connex, a dynamic company that prides itself on delivering first-class customer service, drive, and high-quality industry knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review mortgage and protection requirements across a wide range of clients, providing research and identifying suitable products.
  • Work with a whole of market mortgage panel, exclusive mortgage products, and excellent insurance providers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent.
  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice.
  • Excellent understanding of the local market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
  • Good standard of English grammar, spelling, and presentation.
  • Dedication, loyalty, diligence, and efficiency.
  • Access to proven and current lead sources.
  • Minimum of 12 months of mortgage advising experience within a whole of market brokerage.
  • Proven use of mortgage-specific software.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience in advising on a range of products, including residential, BTL, commercial, and bridging.
