As a key member of the Aimee Willow Connex team, you will be responsible for supporting Mortgage and Protection Advisors in the production of client reports, researching appropriate products and solutions, and assisting in the management of cases to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Report Support: Provide administrative support to Mortgage and Protection Advisors in the production of client reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Product Research: Conduct thorough research to identify suitable products and solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Case Management: Assist in the management of cases from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Document Production: Create comprehensive and compliant suitability reports, as well as Key Facts Illustrations (KFIs), to support client decisions.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to service level agreements, compliance guidelines, and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
- Communication and Liaison: Develop strong relationships with internal contacts, clients, professional contacts, and providers to ensure accurate and timely completion of applications.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring correct filing of documents for compliance purposes.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice and support.
- Qualifications and Certifications: Possess relevant qualifications, such as CeMAP, to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the role.
