Our company, Placing Faces, is seeking a skilled Mortgage Paraplanner to join our team. As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will provide administrative support to our department and dedicated consultants, ensuring the smooth progression of applications and leads.
Mortgage Paraplanner Responsibilities:
- Provide an effective and efficient support service to the department and dedicated consultants.
- Administer and progress applications, manage leads, and liaise with third parties, clients, and consultants.
- Ensure smooth communication with solicitors, lenders, and brokers.
- Contact potential clients to conduct fact-finds and assist in sourcing products.
Requirements for Mortgage Paraplanner Role:
- At least 1 year's experience as a Mortgage Paraplanner/Administrator in a whole-of-market environment.
- CeMAP not essential but advantageous.
- Some experience with specialist mortgage products would be an advantage.
