As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Youll collaborate closely with internal departments and directors to ensure fair and responsible decisions are made based on customer information, swiftly and diligently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate suitability reports and letters to meet target deadlines.
Ensure all client work is compliant and supported with the necessary paperwork.
Conduct comparative and technical research for client recommendations and existing arrangement reviews.
Understand clients overall financial positions from fact-finds.
Collaborate with Mortgage and Protection Advisors to discuss client objectives, identifying and obtaining necessary information for suitability checks.
Investigate client queries thoroughly and provide accurate responses.
Conduct annual reviews in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Proficient use of mortgage-specific software.
