Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Identity & Access Management processes and operational activities in Azure AD/Entra.
  • Support customer requests for access provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, and role-based changes on various platforms.
  • Manage access management processes and execute entitlement packages, PIM, and PAM.
  • Oversee identity life cycle events, including user onboarding, offboarding/terminations, and transfers.
  • Focus on Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Assist in the administration of security tools, including upgrades and patching.
  • Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards, providing enhancement recommendations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support other cloud environments, such as AWS or GCP.
  • Monitor security endpoint devices in a distributed network.
  • Document processes and procedures for IT and non-IT staff.
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Sciences or related field, and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with IAM processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions, such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Knowledge of security tools, such as Zilla, Entra, and Sentinel.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to create security configuration plans.
  • Ability to document data flows and network diagrams.
  • Security+ or other foundational level security certifications preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate and solve difficult problems, combining the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic environment.
  • Ingrained sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Continuous drive for learning, pushing technical limits, and finding new solutions.
