Key Responsibilities- Provide governance advice and support to colleagues across the organization.
- Act as the first point of contact for governance-related matters within radiology.
- Ensure effective and responsive administration in the governance agenda.
- Provide regular reports on governance activity to the care group and division.
- Maintain the care group's risk register, risk log, and CAF.
- Initiate investigations of complaints, liaising with appropriate team members and preparing written documentation, including action plans.
- Evidence of study or professional development to degree level or equivalent.
- RSA II Typing qualification or equivalent.
- Specialist knowledge and training acquired through relevant experience in a similar role.
- Project management experience.
- Root cause analysis experience.
- Proven experience in one area of governance, such as risk management, complaints, clinical effectiveness, or patient involvement.
- Computer literacy in Word and Excel.
- Proven computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of all areas of governance, including Health & Safety, COSHH, and Manual Handling.
