Key Focus Areas

  • Consumer and Market Insights: Discovering new consumer and market insights, including needs, perceptions, trends, and audience segmentation.
  • Product Development: Identifying consumer expectations and desires regarding products and their experiences.
  • Brand Strategy and Health: Leveraging digital data to enhance brand portfolios and monitor, benchmark, and improve brand health.
  • Marketing Insights: Providing insights into brand and competitor performance across the digital marketing landscape.
  • Performance Measurement: Tracking essential metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and guide decision-making.

Role Overview

In the position of Senior Insights Consultant, you will be pivotal in our consultancy engagements, orchestrating and executing insights projects and analytics programs, leading teams, and fostering new business and client relationships. You will collaborate with prominent global brands, employing industry-leading methodologies to deliver impactful projects that directly influence their strategies across product, brand, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of insights and analytics consulting projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive Curveanalytics' growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage and expand key client accounts.
  • Contribute to the operational management of the organization.
  • Provide guidance and direction on internal initiatives.
  • Build and nurture high-performing teams through effective coaching and leadership.
  • Enhance Curveanalytics' brand presence through networking and thought leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in consulting, including in-house consulting roles relevant to our core capabilities.
  • Depth and breadth of expertise in digital data, analytics, and insights.
  • Proven success in selling consulting services, including networking, account growth, and new business development.
  • Strong skills in managing senior stakeholders, effective communication, and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and critical analysis skills.
  • A combination of analytical and creative thinking; capable of interpreting data, extracting insights, and narrating a compelling story.
  • A commitment to personal visibility within the organization and a dedication to achieving results.
