Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Assist subcontractors and suppliers with queries and issues, providing clear and concise communication.
- Liaise with technical staff, supervisors, and managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the production of reports and data analysis to support our operations team.
Requirements
