As the Sentinel Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating workforce compliance, engagement, and training. This role is embedded within a culture that values seamless and positive experiences for our colleagues throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities of the Sentinel Operations Coordinator:
  • Maintain and update the Sentinel database promptly to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee and coordinate regular Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing in accordance with Sentinel Scheme regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with TES Training to manage workforce competence effectively.
Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:
  • Familiarity with Sentinel Scheme regulations.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles.
  • Capability to consistently perform repetitive tasks to a high standard.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality work.
