Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct support to individuals, following bespoke support plans, and encouraging independence and skill development.
  • Building trusting relationships and rapport with individuals, promoting their rights and empowering them to make choices.
  • Being a positive role model and supporting individuals to live a full and worthwhile life.
  • Working flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
  • Having a positive attitude and working well within a team.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Our benefits package includes a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
