Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting two non-verbal ladies with their daily routines, personal care, and food and drink needs. You will work collaboratively with our support team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to our service users, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, their families, and our support team.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of our service users.
