Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our client's business and contribute to their continued growth and success.

About the Role:

The Quality Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client's products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This will involve working closely with various departments, including Supply Chain, Operational Management, Sales, Suppliers, and Customers, to implement quality standards and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing quality standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conducting quality inspections throughout the supply chain and production processes
  • Reporting and analyzing statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Problem-solving using root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Internal auditing and ensuring compliance with ISO9001 & 14001
  • Developing and implementing training plans for production operatives
  • Communicating effectively with senior management teams and stakeholders
  • Building relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership experience and a proven track record of implementing quality standards
  • Knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

Our client offers a competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, and an enhanced pension contribution.
