Process Control Engineer

E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Process Control Engineer to join a globally renowned petrochemical manufacturing company based in Hull. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain regulatory controls to ensure robust and stable control of plant operations.
  • Advanced Control Design: Employ traditional and advanced control design techniques to enhance plant profitability and optimize asset utilization.
  • Alarm Management: Continuously enhance plant operations, including alarm management and utilizing associated applications.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize control modeling and data analysis to complement strategies and extract valuable insights from extensive data volumes.
  • Software Installation and Maintenance: Perform software installation and maintenance to guarantee the up-to-date and reliable operation of control applications.
  • SIS Systems: Provide specialized engineering assistance for SIS systems throughout their life cycle, including design, development, modification, commissioning, and ensuring adherence to industry and company standards.
  • Performance Enhancement: Identify, assess, and execute opportunities to enhance safety, reliability, and operability performance.
  • SIL Reviews and MAF Development: Support SIL reviews and MAF development for the manufacturing team.

To be considered for this Process Control Engineer position, you must have significant expertise in DCS/SIS engineering, particularly with Honeywell TPS/Experion systems and FSC/SM safety systems. This experience should be acquired through working on a refinery/chemical manufacturing site.
