About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Avanti Recruitment. As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed process maps and workflows using industry-standard methodologies, such as BPMN and Six Sigma.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and technology integration, working closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes, making data-driven decisions to optimize business operations.
  • Assist the Training team in providing support for new processes and systems, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business process management, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Process Improvement Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of business process management concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in process modelling techniques, including BPMN and Six Sigma, with experience in process automation tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
