Job Title: Quality Inspection Team Lead

As a Quality Inspection Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting Quality service delivery through expert guidance and appropriate allocation of inspection resource.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Allocation of resource to inspect and certify products, process, services, and trials
  • Management of Route-cards, non-conformities, concessions, and work permits
  • Maintenance and enhancement of team skills, knowledge, and capabilities to ensure the appropriate skill level and capability
  • All - maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute subject matter expertise in the fields pertinent to their role
  • Support delivery of technical assessments using appropriate methodologies
  • Contribute to the development and validation of Quality methodologies
  • Participation in experimental trials improvement activities and audits, where appropriate
  • Engagement with relevant AWE stakeholders and our international partners
