Key Responsibilities

As a Service Operations Associate, you will be expected to adapt to various tasks based on operational needs. While specific duties may vary, your typical responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering food and beverages to customers while adhering to portion control and presentation standards in line with brand expectations, and addressing any product-related inquiries
  • Processing payments and maintaining necessary financial documentation
  • Restocking supplies and ensuring merchandise is displayed appropriately
  • Executing cleaning duties in designated areas, including dishware and utensils using provided tools
  • Ensuring cleanliness of counters, equipment, vending machines, and communal areas
  • Communicating any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, damages, malfunctions, or safety issues to the supervisor
  • Maintaining accurate records as required
  • Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Participating in relevant training sessions as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must complete a Basic Disclosure Scotland check for this role
  • Prior experience in food service or retail is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided for this multi-service position
  • Self-driven and customer-focused
  • Ability to follow directions and a strong desire to learn
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach
