Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) specialist to lead on the development and delivery of the Black Equity Index (BEI) at Black Equity Organisation.
As the Development Lead, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships, secure feedback, and develop the accompanying BEI consultancy support as part of our income generation strategy to sustain the programme.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver BEO's Black Equity Index, creating a new equity framework tailored to address the unique challenges faced by Black employees in the workplace, including an intersectional lens.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships, secure feedback, and develop the accompanying BEI consultancy support.
- Contribute to the development of our income generation strategy to sustain the programme.
