The Role: Activity Coordinator

As an Activity Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our vibrant community, bringing joy and engagement to our residents. You'll design and lead a range of activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities, fostering a sense of purpose and connection.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver stimulating morning and afternoon activity sessions.
  • Develop and maintain an engaging activity calendar, working within budgetary constraints.
  • Organize special events and celebrations, including birthday surprises for our residents.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and performers to arrange outings and in-home entertainment.
  • Provide personalized one-on-one interactions with residents, engaging in reminiscing activities, games, or simply enjoying a cup of tea and conversation.
  • Support the home's social media presence by sharing updates and highlights of our activities.
