Activity Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activity Coordinator to join our team at Bupa. As the chief fun officer, you will be responsible for creating a vibrant and joy-filled atmosphere for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing activity plans that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Organizing and leading various activities, such as arts and crafts, baking, book clubs, and pub quizzes.
  • Collaborating with care teams to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events.
  • Liaising with external companies and performers to arrange days out and events at the home.
  • Providing one-to-one support to residents, using tools such as reminiscing, puzzles, reading, or simply enjoying a cup of tea and a chat.
  • Supporting the home's social media channels as required.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively. You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and have a genuine interest in caring for people.
