ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, as a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be pivotal in shaping the guest experience, ensuring a warm welcome at all times and delivering a five-star, personalized stay.

As a Guest Services Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and acknowledging each guest with a smile, maintaining eye contact, and offering a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name whenever possible.
- Expressing genuine appreciation to guests and providing a heartfelt farewell.
- Anticipating guests' service needs, including asking questions to better understand their preferences and acting on them whenever feasible.
- Facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Processing various payment methods, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Addressing guest complaints and resolving payment disputes.
- Responding to, recording, and managing all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Providing guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions.
- Collaborating with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests, sharing relevant information to set every team up for success.
