Job Title: Relief Security Officer

ICTS Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Security Officer to join our team. As a Relief Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol buildings to deter and detect potential security threats
  • Manage emergencies, including fire evacuation, conflict management, and physical intervention
  • Work closely with client representatives, customers, and colleagues to resolve queries
  • Manage access control for employees, visitors, patients, and contractors
  • Identify and report Health & Safety issues and provide first aid if necessary
  • Maintain records, including incident reports and daily occurrence logs, using computer-based systems
  • Investigate and write detailed reports on incidents, liaising with police and other third parties as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Dynamic and able to interact with the public
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in security
