Job Title: Learning Disabilities Support Worker - Basingstoke

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Basingstoke. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to adults with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and care to adults with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with adults with complex needs, preferably in a supported living environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Commitment to providing person-centered support, promoting independence and well-being.
