Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as attending appointments, going to day centres, and participating in social activities.
- Support clients with medication management, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Accompany clients on day trips and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Help clients with budgeting, meal planning, and shopping for essentials.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
