Muller Dairy, a prominent player in the dairy sector, is seeking a Lead Engineering Supervisor to enhance their operations within the Blow Moulding division.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide the engineering workforce through effective mentorship and skill development
  • Oversee external contractors and maintenance service providers
  • Support apprentices and champion initiatives for maintenance enhancement
  • Ensure compliance with scheduled maintenance and resource allocation
  • Examine CMMS data to identify opportunities for equipment optimization
  • Assist in PMS and promote techniques for maintenance advancement
  • Engage with machinery suppliers to achieve standardization and cost efficiency

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team performance and professional growth
  • Align team efforts with organizational goals and foster a robust safety culture
  • Promote Operational Excellence initiatives and lead engineering projects
  • Collaborate with various departments for overall business enhancement

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a production setting
  • Familiarity with process machinery and P&ID documentation
