Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, promoting sales, and increasing profitability.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, providing guidance and support to the team, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
