Hours: Part-Time - 8 Hours Available / Permanent

Hourly Rate: £12.25

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate a team at our welcoming Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring the team operates smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Manage store operations, including beverage preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Manager and team
  • Flexibility to work late nights and weekends
