Job Title: Dispensing Optician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispensing Optician to join our team at Zest Business Group. As a Dispensing Optician, you will play a crucial role in providing expert eyecare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all areas of the practice, including dispensing eyewear and providing expert advice to patients.
  • Deal with complex patient queries and make appropriate recommendations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a personalized and exceptional patient experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve our services and patient satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
  • Confident and skilled in making bold recommendations to patients.
  • Strong interest in fashion and styling, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Dynamic and team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
