Job Title: Head of Events

Longview Philanthropy USA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Events to lead our events team and oversee the planning and execution of world-class events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement event strategies to advance major donors in their philanthropy.
  • Manage a team of events professionals to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to prioritize events and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee event production, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual, security, and vendor management.
  • Work closely with the programme team to ensure high-quality content and sessions.
  • Project manage invites, RSVPs, and follow-up actions to ensure timely and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in event production, preferably with a focus on VIP events.
  • Exceptional project management, organisation, and delegation skills.
  • Effective relationship building and communication skills.
  • A valid driving license or commitment to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Competitive salary range: £65,000 - £85,000.
