Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Engineer to join our team at SER Limited. The ideal candidate will be a multiskilled fire and security engineer with a strong background in servicing and maintaining intruder alarms, CCTV systems, access control, and fire systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Servicing and maintaining a range of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV systems, access control, and fire systems.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and understanding client needs to deliver outstanding results.
  3. Responding to service calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly.
  4. Updating and maintaining accurate service records and documents.
  5. Participating in a personal development plan to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  6. Ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times, maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a multiskilled fire and security engineer, with a strong background in servicing and maintaining security systems.
  2. In-depth knowledge of security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV systems, access control, and fire systems.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  5. Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record.
