Daniel Owen Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a dynamic team focused on various maintenance projects in the Surrey region.


We are seeking a qualified individual with a strong background in maintenance supervision to lead a group of operatives responsible for all aspects of repair and maintenance work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance contracts, ensuring that all team members operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that subcontractor and supplier tasks are completed according to the provided work schedules and within the agreed timelines, meeting all contractual performance indicators.
  • Engage with clients to address any inquiries or issues that may arise during the maintenance process.
  • Guarantee that all tasks are finalized punctually and meet high-quality standards.
  • Fulfill all client expectations and requirements.
  • Ensure that all documentation and reports are accurately completed and submitted in accordance with company protocols.
  • Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Share responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Complete time sheets, work sheets, and reports as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within social housing is essential.
  • Experience in managing reactive repairs, voids, or planned maintenance projects.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
