Senior Project Manager - Construction and Renovation

We are partnering with the Ministry of Justice to deliver a HMPPS contract, seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in construction and renovation projects in the public sector to cover the Southwest region, working from home.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee and manage various projects from £50,000 to around £500,000 in size at HMP Dartmoor, Gloucester, Winchester, and the IOW, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for managing teams of project managers and other project workers to deliver minor works projects covering a diverse range of renovation and maintenance services for the prisons, including mechanical, LV & HV electrical, groundworks, and civil, building fabric, fire, and security works.


The ideal candidate will have 3 years of managerial and technical experience in project delivery for construction and renovation works, holding Project Management qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2, and/or APM.
