About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Governance, Risk and Compliance Researcher to join our team at ICA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for researching and developing ICA qualification materials in the context of governance, risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and write high-quality materials to support our qualifications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to design and develop relevant elements of the learning journey for ICA qualifications.
  • Prepare, update, and quality assure course manuals and related materials to a high standard.
  • Identify, showcase, and promote good practice and excellence in qualifications design and delivery, consistent with Wilmington policy and established pedagogy.
Advisory Support to Course Directors
  • Build and maintain a high level of subject expertise within relevant disciplines.
  • Support Course Directors in the design, development, and delivery of bespoke training solutions for in-house clients.
  • Promote good practice and excellence in compliance through preparing articles and similar materials for ICA membership and wider public consumption.
Essential Capabilities
  • Successful experience working in a governance, risk, or compliance function, such as compliance, audit, policy, or risk.
  • Proven ability to research and analyze information from a variety of sources.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including taking complex concepts and tailoring them to the requirements of different audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others both within and outside your organization.
  • Previous experience interpreting legislation is desirable.
