Client Engagement Specialist Job Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in reaching out to prospective clients to identify potential customer opportunities and arrange meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads for the Sales team
  • Meet a target of 9 qualified meetings each month
  • Support Field Sales Managers in enhancing their sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Managers on lead generation strategies
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on all leads
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and marketing campaigns
  • Develop outbound communication strategies to boost brand visibility
  • Engage with both cold and warm leads
  • Deliver a high standard of professionalism and customer service
  • Participate in trade shows and marketing events as required
  • Foster strong relationships both internally and externally

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development capacity
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Proven reliability and consistent attendance

Performance Metrics:

  • Complete a full 8-hour workday in the office
  • Achieve a minimum of 9 qualified meetings each month
  • Make 50 quality outbound calls daily
  • Advance the opportunity pipeline
  • Gather qualified leads at events

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of consultative sales approaches
