{"Role Overview": "We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in West Lothian. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in their homes and communities.

Your key responsibilities will include providing person-centered support, enabling individuals to participate in their personal care, medication, and daily activities. You will also be required to record and report daily activities to ensure continued accurate support for our service users.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and communities
* Enable individuals to participate in their personal care, medication, and daily activities
* Record and report daily activities to ensure continued accurate support
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care

**Requirements:**

* Enhanced PVG check
* Previous experience in a care or support role (not essential)
* Full training provided
