Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to enhance their quality of life at home and within their community.

About the Role

The Relief Support Worker will provide person-centred support to individuals, enabling them to identify and work towards meaningful outcomes and reach their full potential. You will support service users to live an independent life with bespoke levels of support in various areas in West Lothian.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to individuals with their personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Record and report daily activities to ensure continued accurate support for service users
  • Work across various shift patterns, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a caring and compassionate nature, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. An enhanced PVG is required for this role.
