Service Designer Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Designer Consultant to join our Digital Factory team at Stealth iT Consulting. As a Service Designer Consultant, you will work across multiple Digital Transformation projects in various sectors, including Government, Finance, Retail, and Energy.

Our client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation, and NextGen AI Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deliver Service Design Artefacts: Create current and future-state user journeys, personas, service concepts, service blueprints, and other artefacts to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Facilitate Workshops and Design Sprints: Lead ideation sessions, design sprints, and other client readiness activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Visualise Complex Services: Develop clear and concise visualisations of complex services to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work in an agile (scrum) environment with user researchers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, product owners, delivery managers, and developers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage Stakeholders and Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to Presales Activities: Participate in bidding, RFPs, demos, and presentations to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Active SC Clearance: Possess an active SC clearance to work on sensitive projects.
  • Proven Experience in Service Design: Demonstrate proven experience working across a service design process, autonomously with minimal support.
  • Curious and Inquisitive Mindset: Possess a curious and inquisitive mindset, with a passion for asking 'why' to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Critical Thinking and Storytelling: Demonstrate the ability to critically break down complex problems in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for storytelling to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Agile Environment Experience: Possess a strong understanding and experience of working in an agile (scrum) environment.
