You will be responsible for retrieving notes from around the hospital, preparing documents for scanning, and responding to telephone queries related to electronic patient records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the scanning process.
Main Duties- Prepare and scan medical records onto the Trust's electronic patient record
- Retrieve notes from around the hospital and prepare documents for scanning
- Respond to telephone queries related to electronic patient records
- Assist wards with electronic patient record queries

Person Specification- NHS experience
