EPR Testing Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced EPR Testing Lead to join our team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for leading the testing of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solution, Oracle Health Millennium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Testing Analysts to deliver high-quality testing services
  • Coordinate testing activities and ensure effective testing processes
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to the EPR Testing team
  • Foster a culture of assurance excellence and continuous improvement

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our programme, implementing the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EPR on a shared domain with Barts Health. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving forward improvement and effectively leading a team of Testing Analysts to meet product goals and achieve organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in EPR testing and quality assurance
  • Strong leadership and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
