Job Overview

The Division of Surgery – BHRUT NHS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Pharmacist to lead the implementation of the Oracle Health Millennium Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to drive digital transformation across the organization, improving patient care and experience.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Clinical Information Officer and other digital clinical leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation of the EPR system, ensuring seamless integration with existing clinical systems
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the use of EPR
  • Providing training and support to clinical staff on the use of EPR
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to identify and implement opportunities for digital innovation and improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Extensive leadership experience in a clinical setting
  • Proven track record of managing clinical services and leading improvements in patient care and experience
