Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our digital programme, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder communications and engagement strategy to ensure the success of our EPR programme.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, staff, and partner organisations to deliver effective communication campaigns.
  • Manage a high-profile portfolio of work involving strategy development and delivery, coordination of activity across multiple networks, and alignment with other elements of our digital programme.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital solutions that meet the needs of our organisation and patients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale transformation programmes, including EPR implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective behaviour change campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in healthcare.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
