About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tyneholm Stables Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, based on their individual care plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment, adhering to infection control and other relevant policies

Requirements
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
