Kitchen Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, cook, and present food to agreed company standards
- Provide general supervision and coaching to junior staff, ensuring their personal development and growth
- Assist with the management of cost of sales, stock control, and minimizing food wastage
- Deputize for the Assistant Kitchen Manager in their absence, supervising unit chefs and maintaining kitchen operations
- Previous kitchen experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Naturally cheerful, patient, and friendly demeanor
- Professional, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and provide effective coaching and guidance
