About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Kitchen Steward/Porter. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, assisting with waste disposal, and deep cleaning of kitchen and wash-up areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and deep clean kitchen and wash-up areas
  • Perform cleaning duties as specified by the kitchen manager, including sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot-washing machinery
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
