Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Shaftesbury, covering sites around the South West. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work autonomously on Commercial projects, responsible for undertaking site surveys, budgeting, cost control, and liaising with clients and sub-contractors on site.

The Role:
  • Undertake site surveys, budgets, and cost control
  • Work closely with sub-contractors and engineers on site and in the office
  • Handle contracts and prepare financial reports
  • Negotiate with clients, contractors, and other surveyors
The Person:
  • Quantity Surveyor with a background in Civils / Groundworks or similar
  • Commutable to Shaftesbury, with occasional regional travel
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work autonomously on Commercial projects
  • Undertake site surveys, budgeting, and cost control
  • Liaise with clients and sub-contractors on site
