Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Adult Level 1 to join our South West Ross Nursing Team. As a key member of our community nursing team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes and communities
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
- Contribute to the education and training of other healthcare staff
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Adult Level 1 qualification
- Relevant post-registration experience in community nursing
- Full driving license and use of own car for work purposes

Working Hours:
NHS Scotland is committed to reducing working hours to 37 hours per week. This reduction will be applied pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period.
