The Position

The Senior Clinical Lead (SCL) role is a pivotal position that reports to the Manager of Community Health Services. This role collaborates closely with senior leadership and administrative teams to guide and enhance the Community Health Services Team. The SCL is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nursing care that adheres to established clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a manageable caseload while providing clinical supervision to ensure quality and compliance with accreditation standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of organizational initiatives aimed at improving care delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve strategic health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading healthcare teams effectively.
  • Strong ability to uphold clinical excellence in line with regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on prioritization and deadline management.
  • Innovative problem-solving capabilities and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team setting while managing multiple responsibilities.

Mandatory Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Successful completion of a National Police Check.
  • Compliance with Working with Vulnerable People requirements.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
